Most ingredients are sourced locally, other than some of the rare essential oils such as Frankincense. All products are carefully prepared by hand; some using ancient apothecary methods. We are committed to ensuring that our customers’ skincare products are tailored to their individual needs
by sourcing the most beneficial certified organic botanicals for our aromatherapy skincare products.
Throughout my life I have held a fascination with the history and alchemy of healing oils and scents and their effect on physiology and well being. This interest emerged as a talent and a practice when I met my late husband, a distinguished psychiatrist and healer from the United States. I became a Certified Essential Oil Specialist & Aromatherapist and set up my workshop to design and create the ultimate, rich, healing face cream; taking for my Muse the Greek goddess of youth, Hebe.
The preparation of any bespoke cream is a complex craft; from the chosen ingredients, quantity, quality, temperature and so forth. I use only the finest, sustainable oils. The proper mix of ingredients is why the creams made in ancient Greece, Persia and Turkey as well as by the Romans as salves for wounds were so remarkable.
I created these creams and healing salves in my workshop in Provence, France and I am pleased to present them to you. Hebe is an exclusive, bespoke cream and every pot is made upon order. I also offer serums to use separately or with the creams, made with organic oils.
About Me
I applied the knowledge I gathered from my travels, about the healing properties of the ingredients I use and honed my methods of careful preparation, to present you with the gentlest, nourishing creams, serums, salves, balms, treatments and inhalers to benefit all skin types and tones.
Even those with very sensitive skin, can safely use my handmade aromatherapy products. Some of which are fantastic for overnight skin treatments, after sun care and nappy rash. Do get in touch to let us know your skincare needs and sensitivities
I grew up as the daughter of a British Diplomat and was fortunate to travel the world at an early age, learning multiple languages, immersed in various middle-eastern and European cultures. I’ve lived in many places, from Beirut to Vienna, from London to Provence, Southern France where I reside now.
